Unknown

Story - A tortured soul enslaved by a wolf-like demon. She is the final boss in Tekken Tag Tournament who can mimic fighting styles, much Moku/Testujin and Combot, except she can change her fighting style during a match. Unknown also has a tattoo on her upper right hand that resembles Jin's, and she always starts a match off with Jun's fighting style which leads to many speculation that she might be a possessed Jun Kazama. However, Namco has never confirmed anything nor has Unknown appeared in any subsequent Tekken games.

Rating - 8/10. I definitely like to see her appear again in future games and hopefully reveal to us  who she really is.

Violet

Story - Lee Chaolan's alter-ego. To enter the fourth Iron Fist Tournament undetected, Lee Chaolan dyes his silver hair dark purple and uses an alias.

Rating - 1/10. Violet?! Can't he come up with a more imaginative fake name? Fruitcake....

Wang Jinrei

Story - An old friend of Jinpachi Mishima. He enters the second tournament to carry out Jinpachi's final wishes of destroying the evil Mishima bloodline. He approach Jun Kazama, believing her to be the warrior to do the deed (instead, Jun conceives a son with Kazuya, thus extending the bloodline). After thirty years of living in isolation, Wang received an invitation to the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 along with a message from the supposedly long-dead Jinpachi asking for his help. He decided to join the tournament to look for Jinpachi. Wang is also believed to be Xiaoyu's grandfather or great-grandfather (as suggested by his age), though there are no official statement to confirm.

Rating - 5/10. Here's one of the regular stereotypes of almost every fighting game: the old fart. Wang's not that bad, but compare to his counterparts in other quality fighting games, he ain't one of the most memorable old farts either.

Yoshimitsu

Story - The mysterious leader of the Manji clan and a friend of Dr. Boskonovitch. The clan is a long line of ninja's dedicated to exposing the corrupt and help the poor. Yoshimitsu is a participant in every Iron Fist Tournament, helping Dr. B with his experiments and going about the Manji Clan's activities. Contrary to popular beliefs, Yoshimitsu is actually human and not an alien or cyborg. He has a bio-mechanical prosthetic arm made by Dr. B. He also has a new fancy armor every game, probably custom-made by Dr. B as well. The Yoshimitsu of Soul Calibur is said to be his ancestor or predecessor.

Rating - 7/10. This guy is weird as hell, but one can't argue he is unique in a way. Regardless, to get rid of him would make the cast incomplete. So like it or not, Yoshi is here to stay!
